information. ann collins remembers some of these distinctive details with this man that matched the description. in the past, credible witnesses in the past saying that he was last seen with a man with a black dog. this man, who went by the name " kelly ". also had a dog. they do not remember police identified him by name but just focused a suspect of a neighbor that lived near the bus stop. and as far as why now? they are digging up the ground where he used to live at whashe.. as for fisheries and we have spoken to the new inspectors-she has spoken to her theories

an antioch man has been arrested for hitting and killing a pedestrian with his car this morning. police say gerald massey los control of his car around 1:40 a-m he hit a tree in the center median before coming to a stop near delta fair boulevard and fair view drive. officers arriving on the scene found the dead pedestrian trapped underneath massey's car. massey was also trapped inside the car, and was hospitalized after the crash. >> it is a sad day in fairfield. residents are in shock this morning after the discovery of the body of a teenage girl. a passerby found the girl's body friday in alan witt park. she was naked and there were no signs of trauma. investigators combed the park for hours afterwards, looking for clues. police haven't released the girl's name, but they say she's from soo-soon city, and was last seen thursday at school. >> the city of oakland has officially launched an i-d
